Takes The Cake

When my boyfriend and I won tickets for a Rock Festival we totally misinterpreted what the ticket actually said. We got to the ticket taking area and were told $50 a piece. What? For the last night?  I thought you could  go one night for free or all three for $50 and I was wrong. So here is my boyfriend and I, me nearly in tears that I REALLY got excited about going. Sitting in the car where no tailgaiting was allowed, sweating our asses off. When koRn started I swear my bf got a little teary eyed and decided enough was enough and found a ride home...we carpooled with his brother and his brother's son-in-law who had actual tickets. So..we couldn't just leave. Thank gosh for friends when you need em eh?

Though...I did make it on time to continue my challenge! 

And! I managed to get my bf to take a picture with me. He hates pictures..but we were bonding!

I'M BAAAAACCCK! Well, I was never really gone just sulking. And well I'm done with that silly nonsense. I mean work is still shitty but there's some good news.

I will be going to school. Well...there's still the $30 application fee but that's going to be taken care of this weekend. And student aid and hopefully my Aunt will cover everything. I know what I want to do and there just so happens to be something at the tech school to help me with it.

Also, I have been watching a lot of tv. I promised I wouldn't share this awesome website find with anyone, cause sometimes it lags out and you have to refresh it and pause it...but the site is called TehCake and you can watch American, British, Canadian, & Australian tv shows. (Sometimes only until they are removed for copyright infraction) But I am keeping up with (in the order of favorites) Drop Dead Diva, Melissa and Joey, State of Georgia, Cupcake Wars, Jerseylicious, Cupcake Girls, Intervention, Hoarders, and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

On the side, been interpreting my astrology chart. Kind of scary so far!

That's right.No Fails today!

Day 3: My First Love: Gabe F.

He had walls full of cds, alphabetized. The first guy I ever loved. He is also a Pisces like my current boyfriend & the one before that.Oddly, he friended me on FB recently and sent me a "still beautiful" message. My birthday landed a few months after our relationship (the first time around) ended and left a cute card on my porch.

Why it didn't last with him? I lot of the things he did flat out annoyed me. And he has a really small "Little Gabe". Though...he is an absolute sweetheart and wouldn't change our relationship for the world.

Wooooot. In other words...I'm messing around with my blog template again. But hopefully everything is in order. Or will be in a few days.

I work a split shift tomorrow and have a lot of things to do *hugs* and stuff.

Well....It Girls Beware started with a brainstorming session. Who am I? Who do I want to be? What do I want to portray?
